Aire Valley Homes is one of three Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs), established by Leeds City Council in April 2007 to manage its housing stock.
We are a not-for-profit company and are wholly owned by the local authority. We are an autonomous self-governing organisation under the leadership of a board of directors, which includes tenants, local Councillors and independent members.
We are responsible for:

inspecting and arranging day-to-day repairs to your homes

dealing with breaches of tenancy

consulting customers so everyone has the opportunity to influence how the service is run
