Sub-Committees
AVHL has three Sub-Committees that report to the Board and meet every quarter, a timetable of meetings is attached.
Resources and Performance Sub-Committee and considers reports on finance, performance, and HR issues.
Audit and Risk Sub Committee considers our Internal Audit Programme and looks at the Risk Register for the business along with Health and Safety issues.
Customer Services Sub-Committee looks at issues that directly affect our customers and considers all aspects of consultation with tenants and customers, works closely with Area Panels to support and promote tenant groups, and monitors key service standards and appropriate key performance indicators through exception reporting.
