Why do we want you to get involved?
We want to deliver an excellent service to all our customers. To do this we want to hear the issues and ideas people have, whether tenants or leaseholders of Aire Valley Homes or any other residents that live in the same community. Together we can plan services that customers want, and that meet people's specific needs.
Why get involved
You may have concerns about how we provide services or what is happening in your area and you have ideas how to improve things. Getting involved can mean a number of things...
- you get to share your concerns or ideas;
- you get to meet others who also have views about what is happening in your area;
- you have the opportunity to work with other people to improve things or
- you may just want to stay in touch with what is happening.
Who can get involved?
If you are a tenant (lead or joint) or care for or speak on behalf of a tenant then you can become involved with us. Leaseholders also receive services from us and because of this we welcome involvement from Leaseholders too. We recognise our homes can be one of many in the wider community and as solutions aren't just about individuals we welcome the input from residents who may live in private homes or rent from another landlord. In short, everyone in the community can have a say.
Our commitment to involve you
Our Customer Involvement Strategy sets out our commitment to involve customers, why we want to work with our customers and the ways we will support you if you do get involved. This includes helping with the practicalities of getting involved and stating the minimum levels of service you can expect from the Customer Involvement Team.
