Our role is to support customers who want to get involved. Our team mission is to 'achieve excellence by empowering all our customers to shape, design and improve services'. So for everyone who is either already involved with us, or would like to know more and get involved then we are here to help you.
The team have three Customer Involvement Officers who each look after an 'Area Panel' area within Aire Valley Homes as a whole.
