Aire Valley Homes works closely with 34 Tenants and Residents Associations and 3 Community Voices. We work together to hear their collective voice on housing and other community issues. We are always looking to help areas where there is no representation, either by setting up a tenants or residents group or recruiting a Community Voice. The main aims of tenants and residents groups are;
- To promote membership to all people who are eligible to join the association,
- To promote equal opportunities within the community,
- To improve the housing conditions, services and the amenities of the area.
