| The TSA is Coming - what will the TSA mean for ALMO tenants? |
From April the Tenant Servicees Authority (TSA) will regulate ALMO's as well as Housing Associations and tenants will have new opportunities to influence decision-making. Learn about the powers of the new regulator, and what it expects from housing organisations. |

| Local Standards - The new TSA framework and how to develop it with landlords |
All ALMO's and Housing Associations will have to agree local standards of service with their tenants, and give their tenants power to monitor performance. Find out about this new co-regulation framework and take the information back to help you get the most from this opportunity. |

Co-regulation will be replacing inspection as the chief was the TSA keeps a check on housing organisations. The TSA expects landlords to enable their tenants to scrutinise performance. Learn about tenant scrutiny, how it works and how you can set it up with your landlord. |
