We want to give customers a number of different opportunites to get involved in a way that suits them.
Different types of involvement will take different amounts of time. For example, being on our Customer Panel and ocasionally answering a questionnaire takes little time. However, joining or forming a local tenants and resident group takes more time.

AVHL work closely with the Leeds Tenants Federation (LTF) who provide lots of information for tenants accross the whole city of Leeds. They provide advice about Tenant and Resident Associations and campiagn tirelessly to protect and expand the rights of tenants. You can contact LTF on 0113 2145330.
