Customer Involvement Team

Aire Valley Homes puts customers at the heart of all our services. We want to deliver an excellent service to all our customers. To do this, we believe that the people who use our services should be making the decisions in partnership with us. Involving residents is all about having customers share their views and ideas, and taking part in the management and decision-making of the services we provide.

We have a team of three members of staff who are dedicated to developing ways that you can be involved and have your say about how we design, manage and monitor the services that suit your local neighbourhood. The team will keep you up to date, telling you how and why decisions have been made, and involving you as early as possible when making changes to improve our services.

Remember, it’s your home, your neighbourhood and your community; we want you to your say in anything we do that concerns you.

Our three Customer Involvement Officers each look after an area within Aire Valley Homes. In each area, Karen, Sarah and Carla work with Tenants and Residents Groups, Community Groups and Voices, and the ‘Area Panel’. You’ll find a list of each area they cover below:
