You said I’d like to be kept up to date with the status of my repair. Sometimes I’m not sure what the next steps are to my repair, why its been delayed or when I’ll get an call back about it.
Since working with Morrison, we have introduced a ‘Maintaining Your Home with Pride’ repairs card, for our contractors to use when they’ve visited a home about a repair. Inside the card there is a section for our surveyors to complete following a visit, and a section about the repair that’s been carried out. The contractor will complete the card, keeping you updated through the entire process, informing you what the next steps are, and then sign it with pride!
You said I’d like to find out more about the events going on in my area.
Page 8 in the newsletter is now a Summer Events pull out page for you to keep and stick on your fridge or notice board. Its crammed with fun events taking place over the summer period, and where the Aire Valley Mobile Office and Teams will be over the next month or so.
You said we would really like you to provide us with more information and feedback about what you’re doing both within communities and performance wise.
We created the Aire Update leaflet. Staff who are actively involved within our communities, and with our tenants, now take copies of the Aire Update leaflet to public meetings to share with you.
