We understand the problems that tenants may have finding affordable insurance. Together with Leeds City Council we have arranged a scheme for tenants to insure the contents of their home with Royal and Sun Alliance.
Peace of mind at low cost
From as little as £1.49p a week (83p a week for the over 60's) tenants can have home contents insurance that includes:

no excess payable on any claim;

the option to pay for the insurance weekly with your rent;

there are no minimum security requirements;

fast and efficient claims service;
-
cover for lost or stolen keys;
-
cover for your freezer contents;and
-
cover for contents if they are stolen from your garden shed or garage (up to a value of £250).
This scheme is only available to Leeds City Council tenants.
