DirectGov - Disabled People - provides information on support while in work, education and trainin, the blue badge parking scheme, Disability Living Allowance, the Disability Discrimination Act and much more.
DisabledGo - provides free detailed access information for disabled people across the UK. It is the only disabled access guide that researches every venue in person and on site and involves disabled people from start to finish.
Disabled Parents Network - is a registered charity and is a nationwide membership organisation of and for disabled parents which actively campaigns for improvements in services for disabled parents.
Infostore - provides information for older people, with a section giving advice for older people with disabilities.
LCC Disability Services - if you are having difficulty maintaining your independence because of a change in your health / physical condition and are experiencing difficulties in your home, the Social Services Department – Disability Services may be able to offer assistance.
