Business Intelligence Manager

The post holder will lead a team responsible for delivering first class business intelligence to the organisation as part of the Corporate Services division.
You will be responsible to the Head of Corporate Services for the performance management at Aire Valley Homes Leeds and the day to day running of the team.
The principal duties of the post are:
- To establish a performance management structure with the Senior Management Team and to embed that culture across the organisation.
- To develop and implement solutions to the Audit Commission recommendations.
- To lead and develop the Business Intelligence Team.
- To oversee the equality and diversity activity at AVHL.
- To support the development and implementation of an intelligent organisation culture.
- To undertake research work as required relating to strategic and operational improvement.

Human Resources and Training Manager

Grade Dir 40% (£40,975 - £45,072)
The post holder will lead a team responsible for delivering professional, business focused HR & Training support and leadership to the Senior and Middle Management Teams to enable the organisation to meet its corporate objectives by delivering pragmatic solutions.
You will be responsible to the Head of Corporate Services for the Human Resources and Training function at Aire Valley Homes Leeds and the day to day running of the team.
The principal duties of the post are:
- To develop and implement the HR & Training strategies, to introduce a ‘best practice’ approach to HR and to add value to the organisation.
- To oversee the operational activity of the HR & Training function.
- To lead and develop the HR & Training Team.
- To support the development and implementation of a Health and Safety culture.
- To develop the corporate culture of Aire Valley Homes Leeds.
