Our strengths:

  • Attending to 4551 emergency repairs in the 4 months to date.
  • Completing urgent repairs on time - 99.3% of all urgent repairs are completed on time, which is above our target of 98%.
  • Having fewer tenants in high levels of arrears. Currently only 7.25% of our tenants owe more than seven weeks rent.
  • We have had 506 new tenancies this year to date.
  • Demand for properties is rising with an average of 97 bids per property this year to date.

We need to improve on:

  • Ensuring that no properties have gas certificates over 12 months old.
  • Reducing the number of tenants in arrears, around a third have some arrrears

We have changed the way we record empty properties as vacant. We now include the time taken to complete major capital repairs so the target time to turn round a vacant property has increased to 60 days. We are currently meeting this target and improving on it monthly.  

There are currently twelve properties that are overdue their annual gas service by more than 12 months.  This is a serious breach of the tenancy agreement and we will be taking further enforcement action against people where access has not yet been provided. If your property has not been serviced in the last 12 months please contact our gas servicing contractor, PH Jones, on 0113 244 0484 immediately.
