Leeds City Service Offer

Service Standards Improvements

Over the last few months we have consulted with tenants from across the city to establish how they want us to improve our services to them. These reports were then broken down into the five key headings as set nationally by the Government: Value for Money, Home, Tenancy, Neighbourhood and Community, and Tenant Involvement and Empowerment.  These meetings were a huge success and your feedback from this consultation have been extremely valuable in letting us know what you expect from us.

By April 2011, Leeds City Service Offer  will be published based on your priorities and is for all Leeds City Council Tenants.  So no matter who you are or where you live, you can be assured that key parts of the service are the same for everybody.  This will be counterparted with locally agreed Service Standards to meet the needs of local communities.  These will be part of the Aire Valley Homes Leeds local service standards.

The Leeds Annual Report, which you can download from the right-hand side of this page, gives an overview of tenant involvement, and customer satisfaction levels against the five Government Standards.

If you have any queries or comments regarding the service standards, please email enquiries.avhleeds@avhleeds.org.uk.
