Our Mobile Office- affectionately known as Mo- has been out and about visiting communities and acting as a focal point at tenant surgeries and local events since last summer.
The Mobile Office allows you to access our services ‘on your doorstep’; helping our tenants and residents who would normally find it difficult to speak with us to do so.
Whenever Mo is on the road, you will be able to talk to our staff about; repairs, rent, benefits, anti-social behaviour and getting involved, alongside any other issues.
Our staff will endeavour to provide an on-the-spot solution to your question or query. Where this is not possible though, we will keep customers informed once we're back in the (usual) office!
We also use Mo in partnership with other companies and community groups, and to support community and charity events. This is to ensure that all our tenants and residents have access to beneficial and vital services.
The Mobile Office has:
- Fully accessible disabled access;
- Comfortable and fully furnished private interview room;
- Heating and air conditioning; and
- A wide range of information and resources.
So keep an eye out for the Mobile Office and pop in for a chat the next time you see it.
