If you have an enquiry about an existing repair, or wish to change an appointment time, you should contact our contractor, Morrison FS direct on 0333 600 6160 (local rate).
For enquiries about an exisiting gas repair please call 0113 387 2240.
For some more substantial or complicated repairs we will make an appointment to visit you before we carry out any work. This appointment will be made at a time convenient to you. Please see the Repairs by Appointment document on the right for details about evening appointments.

What should I do in an emergency?
You can report emergency repairs on 0800 915 6660 at any time during and outside office hours.
What if I smell gas?
Contact Northern Gas Networks (formerly Transco) on 0800 111999 immediately and turn off your supply at the meter.
• put out all cigarettes and do not use naked flames;
• open all windows and doors; and
• wait for help.
