You can now view your rent account balance on-line.
If you are using this for the first time then you will have to register using your 9 digit rent account number which is in the right hand corner of your rent statements or the last 9 digits on your plastic rent payment card.
Use the link on the right and when a new page opens click on ‘Register now’.
You will not need register if you’ve already registered to view your Council Tax online and vice versa, and you will use the same log in details. If you try to re-register you will receive an error message.
Housing Statement Details
The online statement shows your current rent balance, the last payment made and the date this was received.
It can take up to 5 working days for a payment to reach your account.
If more than one payment was received on the date of the final payment then the amount shown as the last payment made will be the total for this date. Any payments made after this date will not be included in the the current rent balance.
