Aire Valley Leeds Regeneration Area - one of the most significant areas for new investment and employment in Leeds and also the Yorkshire and Humber region. There is potential development land which could generate an additional 29,000 new jobs over the next 10 -15 years.
Holbeck Urban Village - will set new standards in sustainable development, creating over 5,000 new jobs in the high value digital and creative media sector, in a unique area, which was the birthplace of the industrial revolution in Leeds.
Leeds Housing Partnership - is committed to ensuring that housing partners make an effective contribution to the Vision for Leeds and wider regeneration strategy.
Re'new - aims to help build sustainable communities in Leeds by assisting in the development of regeneration and housing strategy and facilitating innovative and targeted regeneration initiatives.
Tiger11 - has been set up to help regenerate Beeston and Holbeck. It is a community owned company setting out to create a Community Development Trust. Our first project is to buy the former Hillside Primary School on Beeston Road. This Victorian Grade II Listed building is a local landmark. We aim to make it a community asset - both socially and financially.
