Regeneration Strategy

The Middleton Regeneration Board is asking local residents to give their opinion on plans to regenerate the area over the coming years.  A summary of the strategy for regeneration will be coming through every door in Middleton at the beginning of July, and residents are invited to come along to a series of events over the summer to talk about what's in store. A full version of the strategy is also available, and the summary and full strategy can be picked up in community centres, the library, shops and supermarkets across the area, or by calling Vinetta Holness on 07932 552737.

Our Aim: Better community resources and improvements in the natural environment

Housing and Physical Regeneration
Our Aim: To make Middleton a popular sought-after residential area

Education and Learning
Our Aim: To improve Education and Learning

Enterprise, Employment and Economic Development
Our Aim: To reduce unemployment and improve prosperity in Middleton

Health and Well-being
Our Aim: To improve the health and well-being of people living in Middleton

Young People
Our Aim: We want all children and young people in Middleton to be happy, healthy, safe and successful
