We are now sending reminders to all customers with a repair or surveyors appointment 24 hours before the appointment is due. The reminders will be sent by text message to a mobile phone, or a voice message to a land line.
The service is aimed at improving service to our customers and reducing the number of missed appointments, thereby increasing value for money.
