We have developed a new set of guides that explain what our services are, how you use them, and if you do, the levels of service you can expect. By stating to you our standards of service both you and Aire Valley Homes measure our performance against them, to make sure we do what we say we're going to do.
These guides have been written with the help of lots of tenants and leaseholders at various focus groups and from members of our Customer Panel.
All new customers will receive a copy of these guides when they begin a new tenancy with us.
The guides can be viewed by using the links on the right. We welcome any comments on them, whether that's telling us what you like or dislike about them, or whether you think there are any issues missing. The guides will be reviewed on a regular basis.
