Service Standards

We have produced a number of guides to our service that explain what our services are, how you use them, and if you do use them, the levels of service you can expect to receive. By describing to you our standards of service both you and Aire Valley Homes are able to measure our performance against them - making sure we do what we say we're going to do.

These have been written with the help of tenants and leaseholders. All new customers receive a copy of these guides when they start a new tenancy with us. 

The guides can be viewed by using the links on the right. We welcome comments on them, telling us what you like or dislike about them, or whether you think there are any issues missing. The guides are reviewed on a regular basis.
