Our Commitment to Interpretation and Translation
Welcome to Aire Valley Homes Leeds.
We want to ensure that all our services are available to ALL members of the community.
We know that some people may have difficulty accessing our services, for example, getting to our offices or reading information we send in English.
If English is not your first language and you need help then we have interpreting and translation services to help you.
When visiting our offices:
We can provide telephone interpretation in different languages when you visit our offices and we can also provide face to face interpretation but these will need to be booked in advance.
We can provide written translations in a number of languages and we have a variety of information which can be produced in various languages.
When we visit your home:
When we visit your home we can provide an interpretation service by using our mobile phones and you can have a three way conversation so that we can communicate with you.
If you let our staff know what language you need they can make the necessary arrangements.
We can also arrange for an interpreter to visit your home, but again, this will need to be booked in advance.

We manage over 15,000 homes on behalf of Leeds City Council across the South and South East parts of Leeds.
If English is not your preferred language and you would like to talk with someone, either over the telephone, or face to face, about our services, we can arrange this for you.
We have officers available to help with housing applications, Housing Benefit or rent enquiries, repairs or advice on how to tackle anti-social behaviour. Whether you are an existing customer or would just like to know more about us, please do not hesitate to contact us.
